Overruled

Greetings family! Joshua here. It's been a couple of weeks since the last newsletter and man, I miss sending this to you! I pray the Lord has manifested Himself to you in consistency with joy. I pray that the joy of the Lord is the constant theme of your heart. I pray that as you read this, your Spirit rejoices and your heart is merry with praise unto the Lord. For He is good and His mercy endures forever!

Last night as Hannah and I were watching one of our favorite tv shows, "Lois & Clark" from the 90's, I asked the Lord, "What would you like to send in the newsletter tomorrow?" He responded and said,

"Overruled."

Immediately, I knew what He was talking about and MAN, I was ready for a P5 right then and there! :-D

Many of us know God as Father, very few know Him as Friend, and even fewer know Him as Judge.

Whoo! Knowing Him as Judge has brought some powerful things to pass in my life. As I intercede for others, sometimes, the Holy Spirit prompts me to approach the Father as The Judge.

Hallelujah!

Jesus came and preached a kingdom. God's kingdom is a government and He reigns as Judge within the Heavenly courts. The bible tells us to:

Psalm 100:4 KJV
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Why would you enter into His courts with praise and be thankful?

Because the Good Judge has ruled in your favor. 🔥

Your accuser, the devil, has been... Overruled by the blood of Jesus!

THE POWER OF THE BLOOD!

In the Old Testament through Moses, God told the children of Israel to put the blood of a lamb over the sides and tops of their doorposts and the destroyer would not come in and take their first born son. (Exodus 12) This was symbolic of the blood of Jesus and its power. The devil can't come in your house. When the devil approaches your door, the blood says... "Overruled."

Overrule:
reject or disallow by exercising one's superior authority.
To influence or control by predominant power; to subject to superior authority
In law, to supersede or reject; as, the plea was overruled by the court.

The Judge has exercised His superior authority over the enemy and has chosen love and mercy as your eternal sentence. 🔥

The system is rigged in your favor. You CANNOT lose. His power SUPERSEDES and REJECTS the plans of the enemy.

Through Jesus, the court has ALREADY ruled in your favor. 

See it this way... Because of what God has done through Jesus...

Addiction has been... Overruled by a higher power, government, and Judge.
Sin has been... Overruled
Sickness has been... Overruled
Death has been.... Overruled
Poverty has been... Overruled
Lack has been... Overruled
Confusion has been... Overruled
Anxiety has been... Overruled

There's so much more I'd like to say, but rejoice!

A higher government is on your side and the Judge is fond of you. For further reading, I encourage you to check out Luke 18:1-8.

The Good Judge will avenge you speedily. (Luke 18:8)
