GOSHEN

Greetings family! Joshua here. I'm super excited to share what the Lord has laid on my heart for you today. I pray that this week has brought you the overwhelming blessings, security, and peace of God. May His hand continually be upon you in notable ways.

May you walk into a place and the place change for the better because you are a carrier of God and His glory. May His magnificence be a supernatural norm in your life. Glory to God!

Now, I've spoken before about Goshen, but this morning, the Lord impressed me to share with you about Goshen again with a little more revelation. 

Genesis 47:27
Thus Israel settled in the land of Egypt, in the land of Goshen. And they gained possessions in it, and were fruitful and multiplied greatly.

Exodus 9:25-26
25 The hail struck down everything that was in the field in all the land of Egypt, both man and beast. And the hail struck down every plant of the field and broke every tree of the field. 
26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the people of Israel were, was there no hail.

Within these two scriptures, we see that Goshen was a place where God Himself; preserved, prospered, and protected the children of Israel.

This is a prophetic promise that God is setting for the future generations to believe. In other words, if I did it for them, I'll do it for you.

Say this statement of faith, "I live in the land of Goshen."

Prophetically, Goshen is a place that prospers in the midst of famine. It's a place that preserved and protected in the midst of chaos. It's a supernatural representation of God's love and muscle on display for His people. 

Say this, "I LIVE IN THE LAND OF GOSHEN."

Despite what's happening around you, you're in Goshen. satan can't pour hail on you in Goshen. he can't take away your substance. Despite the drought, you function in fruitfulness. Say amen to that!

Will you believe this? Will you receive this?? Repent for the KINGDOM is at hand! 

This is the time and the season for us to really register into our inheritance. You are a royal priesthood and chosen generation.

How do we function and remain in Goshen?

There's a hidden message within the meaning of Goshen. It means to "Draw Near."

James 4:8 ESV
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

We are a decision away from putting our hearts toward the Lord and remaining in the posture of one preserved in Goshen.

Do you lean on the Lord? Do you draw near to Him? 

You see, this is not about locking yourself away and isolating yourself from civilization but this speaks of a perpetual posture unto God. This speaks of your heart. Do you long for Him? Do you really desire Him? 

You could be driving and singing your favorite song and your heart still be settled and established toward the Lord with an unbending desire. The culture of your life is centered around Him. I'm telling you, those who wait, expect and interweave themselves with the Lord will not be ashamed.

Say this, "I LIVE IN THE LAND OF GOSHEN!"

I believe as the Lord has kept me and my family during these trying times, He'll do it for you too. Lean on Him. Expect Him. May the gravitational pull of your heart be for Him alone. Draw near to Him in song, dance, praying, meditation, prayer and more!

Long for Him. 

THAT'S drawing near. Like drawing water from a well, there's a pull and an expectation of your bucket to be filled and your thirst to be quenched.
