Hallelujah
Family! How are you? Joshua here. I pray this message meets you in the midst of some Holy Ghost activity in your life! I pray the Spirit of God is truly your Friend. I pray that He is to you what Jesus was to the disciples on the earth. I pray that your relationship with The Holy Spirit is growing day by day from glory to glory. May His riches in life, wisdom, counsel, grace, peace, joy, and righteousness meet you at an exhilarating rate like never before from this day forward.
Hallelujah!
As I was thinking, I asked the Lord, "What would you like me to share with your people today?" He responded and said,
"Hallelujah"
Whew! This gets me excited as I've been focused on praise personally. First, what does Hallelujah mean?
It means, PRAISE THE LORD.
The Lord wanted me to encourage you today. Understanding a bit deeper into the word praise will bless you.
As I looked up this word in the Hebrew, I saw that praise meant: to throw, to cast, to shoot
Interesting right?
The second definition said to: to profess, to confess
It wasn't until the 3rd definition that familiarity began to set in... It was: to give thanks, praise, celebrate.
Whoo!
As I began to contemplate the definitions and ask the Lord, "What's all this mean?" The Lord quickened me and I got a divine download.
When we praise, it's like bottled up energy, released, that shoots out of our mouth and expressed through our profession, confession and our bodies. Like mentos in coke. BOOM!
You see, words are encapsulated intent. They're meant to achieve something. They carry spiritual energy to manifest the desired outcome. You know the expression, "empty promises"? It's like saying that the words used within the promise were empty capsules.
Now praise? Hallelujah! When we praise, it's like a chain reaction. When we see and know what God did for us, doing for us, and what He's going to make happen, it's like the pressure and the inertia of His goodness compels us to shout! It compels us to shoot out spiritual energy that gives God the praise due His name.
But you see, the enemy is after your Hallelujah.
One of the greatest tactics in fighting is to use your opponents energy against them.
The devil is trying to get you to bottle up anger, irritation, and anxiety. He wants you to focus on the frustration and keep you distracted.
He's trying to get you to compile your capsules (words) to shoot out, release negative energy against you, and pervert your praise.
As we're made in the image of God and He used words to create the universe we live in, we too create universes by words.
Don't believe me? Smile at someone intently and say, "I love you."
Watch the atmosphere change.
When someone on the altar says, "I do."
Your life changes.
Proverbs 18:21 says:
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
The enemy wants you to bottle up your anger and make you shoot out words to bring your fruit to decay and put a bad taste in your mouth. The enemy wants you to agree with your circumstance and put negative words on it and not agree with God and His word.
Ephesians 4:31
Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior.
Hallelujah!
May your Hallelujah forever be on your lips. May your words shoot out of your spirit and change the atmosphere around you. Give God the glory due His name. Don't allow the enemy to distract you and make you major on the minors and minor on the majors of life.
You are called, chosen, and loved by the Almighty, Everlasting God! He's not in a bad mood about you. He loves you. Hallelujah!
Remember... There's only ONE outcome for you...
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Good is your only outcome. Hallelujah! Trust Him and rejoice! He's for you and not against you.. Thank you Jesus! Praise Him Family!
